We reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process. LoveScilly.co.uk is not VAT registered however if this should change than VAT will be payable on all orders.
Prices can be changed on all items for sale without notice.
The description and price of items for sale will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. We make make every effort to ensure that the price and description of all products for sale on the website are accurate. If an error is discovered even after you have placed your order, We will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of placing your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering you will receive an email receipt to confirm LoveScilly.co.uk has received your order, plus an email from Paypal to confirm successful payment for your order. Should you not receive these emails please contact us on 01752 823660 as we will not have received your order.
LoveScilly.co.uk are happy to take orders for items to be posted outside the UK at our discretion. Place your order as usual, select the EU or Worldwide postage option, and we will contact you with details of any additional postage charge to deliver the item to your location.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, we will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
LoveScilly.co.uk is under no obligation to accept any order.
Payment Security
LoveScilly.co.uk use Paypal as their online payment provider. We accept payment by any of the credit cards accepted by Paypal during the payment process.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. LoveScilly.co.uk does not hold any stock, and all items are sent directly by the Artist or Maker, as such, items included in the same order but from different Artists or Makers are likely to be dispatched separately.
We use a variety of postage rates and services depending on the item to be shipped. If you need an item before a specific date, it is up to you to let us know so that we can make every effort to meet your needs. However we accept no liability if the item does not reach you in the time frame specified.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods, in line with the terms of the delivery operator used. LoveScilly.co.uk accepts no responsibility for items that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once an item is considered delivered, responsibility for the item, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you will be responsible for the work.
LoveScilly.co.uk is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an Original or Print purchased from LoveScilly.co.uk is in your possession you may not publish it or reproduce it any way. Despite our best efforts to protect the imagery of Artists and Makers worl on LoveScilly.co.uk, you my not save or reproduce and image from the LoveScilly.co.uk website without the permission of LoveScilly.co.uk.
Privacy
We will keep your personal data securely on-line and will never sell or give your personal information to anyone else. As we use Paypal to process the payment of all orders we have no knowledge or record of your payment details. LoveScilly.co.uk is not liable for an security breach from our systems or Paypal which may allow your personal information to be passed to a third party without our knowledge.
Buying Hand Made Jewellery
Some of the jewellery makers included on LoveScilly.co.uk only make hand made individual pieces of jewellery, whilst the range and detail of work can be seen in on the website, all pieces will vary slightly in shape, size, and exact detail. Please be aware that you are buying something completely original, made by hand for you. If the item is significantly different from the image on the website and you would like to exchange or return the item please contact us on info@lovescilly.co.uk . Any exchange or return is wholy at the discretion of LoveScilly.co.uk
Returns
Any goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact us on 01752 823660. All returns are at the discretion of LoveScilly.co.uk
We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. All shipping, postage and packaging costs for any returns are the responsibility of the customer.
